How often should I sealcoat my parking lot?You should sealcoat every 1 to 3 years depending on the volume of traffic and exposure to damaging weather that your lot receives.

Do you offer residential sealcoating?Yes. We offer both residential and commercial sealcoating.

My asphalt is cracking. Can this be repaired?Of course! We advise that the sooner you contact us to repair any cracks the better because if left unattended small cracks can lead to more serious damage.

My lot sees heavy traffic throughout the day and I don't want to interrupt business. Can you work outside of normal business hours?Yes. We prefer to work when your lot is least occupied in order to limit disruptions and work more quickly.

Will oil from vehicles damage my parking lot?Oil, gasoline, and brake fluids act like solvents and can cause the asphalt to soften and break down the binder.

Do you use hot mix or cold mix asphalt for pothole repair?We use hot mix asphalt as a permanent solution repair. However, certain times of the year hot mix asphalt is not available until the weather warms up and in those instances we will use cold mix until we are able to repair with hot mix in the following season.
